Ions are electrically charged particles that are proven to attack and eliminate pathogens.* Our fans – armed with our proprietary bipolar ionization units – create massive amounts of ions and distribute them rapidly through powerful airflow.

How it Works

*The Big Ass Fans Clean Air System Ion Generator 1kills >90% of viruses on surfaces in 30 minutes and kills >99.9% of viruses on surfaces in 60 minutes; 2kills >96% of bacteria and fungi on surfaces in 60 minutes; and 3kills >97% of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the air in 30 minutes and kills >99.99% of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in the air in 60 minutes. Testing based on 1 virus testing includes Equine Herpesvirus, Influenza A virus, Influenza B virus, Rhinovirus, and SARS-CoV-2; 2 bacteria testing includes Escherichia coli, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and Streptococcus equi; and fungi testing includes Aspergillus niger; and 3 virus testing in air includes SARS-CoV-2.
